Our product is an hourly-based retained search with a monthly billing cycle, beginning from inception date. While each assignment requires a minimum hourly investment, we guarantee that the total fee associated with each search will not exceed an amount equal to 30% of the candidate's first year's compensation package.

This hourly-based program offers an alternative to traditional recruitment techniques and facilitates a cooperative approach to the recruitment process. We also provide an array of customizable, value-added services to meet your organization's specific employment needs.

  • Offer consultation and negotiations
  • Manager Assimilation facilitation
  • Coordinate the search process with other search/employment firms and negotiate fees in the 12.5 to 15% range.

COST EFFECTIVE
Each assignment is conducted on an hourly basis with the client company determining the number of hours to be invested before the program begins.
